Tiny Worlds Within Water Drops
There is something truly magical about water and especially water drops. They create a unique and special world within themselves that reflect everything behind them. One of the most fascinating things too is that they reflect everything in an inverted manner. For the photo of the BYU-Idaho logo I had to hold the stone centerpiece that had the inscription on it upside down sot that it would be on the right-side up through the tiny world created in the water drop. The picture below is the same setup but I had a vase of flowers right behind with the red and yellow flower facing the camera.
Incredible Detail
Not only do the water drops create their own little worlds, they also create new detail and emphasis on where they are and where they are placed on certain objects. This picture of the stick has the water drops all in a row, which I took care to drop each of those water drops individually as I was messing around to get a good and interesting shot of more water drops. I also got to play with the water on the flower in the final image at the bottom.
